    CSMA has an opening for part-time, administrative program assistant for the Music in the School Program. Responsibilities: • Oversee all administrative aspects of Music in the Schools instrumental program, including recorder, strings and band classes as well as summer honor programs; • Coordinate faculty schedules for performances; • Work with teachers and schools to plan, organize and execute concerts; • Collect information from faculty regarding class enrollment, concert repertoire, summer honor program recommendations; • Serve as liaison between teachers and MIS Director; • Oversee student instrument rental and instrument maintenance.
