About Our Music Program At Gymboree, we take a playful and active approach to musical learning. Our aim is to nurture emerging musical expression in young children through a focus on key “Musical Building Blocks” and the exploration of 16 different musical styles. About Our Play & Learn Program: At Gymboree, we take a playful and active approach to learning. We know that playing and learning are inextricably linked and our “whole child” approach helps children build strong motor and social skills to better prepare them for school, all while having fun! Parents attend all classes with their children as they explore unique songs, play instruments and games. Lesson plans and training are provided. Teacher Skills/Qualifications • Love of singing, and teaching • Group facilitation skills • Experience working with young children a plus • Playful and energetic teaching style • Retail experience a plus We offer Flexible working schedules. A minimum of one year commitment is required. We will be hosting a group interview on Monday's and Friday's at 11:00 am at the Oakridge Gymboree Play & Music.
