Nurture, empower and illumine your Feminine Spirit in our weekly, ongoing Belly Dance classes!

2 BEGINNING BELLY DANCE CLASSES:
1) Tuesday, 8:45 pm-10 pm
2) Wednesday, 9 pm-10:15 pm
CLASS DESCRIPTION: This class will introduce students to the beautiful and elegant art form of Middle Eastern belly dance while building strength, flexibility and great muscle control. Students will learn the proper posture, isolation technique, belly dance steps and moves, and choreographies. Each class also includes cardio and stretch warm-up, drills and dance combinations - a good workout guaranteed!

The class also focuses on technique, although musical interpretation and performance skills will be taught as well. A great way to stay in shape and gain self-confidence, in a relaxed and fun environment! Bring a hip scarf if you have one.

FEE: $25 registration fee + $52 for 4 classes
