    A small and struggling gourmet restaurant is the setting for this gastronomic farce about Americans' relationship to food. In The Art of Dining, chefs and patrons stew over body image, boil with ambition and simmer with frustrated love. According to the Village Voice, playwright Tina Howe has cooked up "a spicy compote of social satire". You'll have a delicious evening of theatre!

        The script is poor and very slow/boring. Actors should be something special to be able to save it, and they are not... Not a single person applauded when we were there (or before we left).
