    TechChallenge is The Tech Museum of Innovation’s signature “Design In Mind” learning program. This year, nearly 1,000 students in the 6-8th grade and 9-12 grade divisions will participate in the Challenge. With massive flooding being a major topic in the news this past year, the Challenge for 2006 is to design, build, and operate an innovative improvement to current sandbag billing solutions.
