    The Cypress performs two masterpieces – Dvorak American Quartet Op.96, & Griffes Two Sketches on Native American Themes (the ‘Call’); then featured commissioned composer Daniel Asia introduces, and the Cypress premieres, his new work, Quartet #3, composed in ‘Response’ to the ‘Call’ works. Pre-concert talk: Roger Emanuels. Post concert discussion with composer & musicians.
