Three Will-ful actors speak the speeches trippingly on the tongue and what joy through yonder audience breaks! With a wit pithier than Python and timing more on the mark than Marx, our indefatigable band of merry Players will bound through 75 characters in 37 plays (plus assorted sonnets) in something short of 99 minutes. In the very best spirit of Shakespearean clowning, this wild romp through the Bard's bookshelf has become an international triumph. Don't be surprised if you find yourself laughing until all four of your cheeks hurt! "Forsooth! I laughed so hard I'd give it 5 sooths!" - Joel Siegel, ABC

Very strange casting. Have seen Tuna several times before, and just didn't live up to par of any of them. Very difficult seeing how they cast the show. Thought roles should have been reversed. Actors are capable, but not handled well. The space is also too big to perform in. Things that were funny normally didn't get a laugh from anyone. If you like or are familiar with the show at all, I'd pass on this one and wait for other productions of Tuna to come along in the area. Might as well save money and gamble on another production being better. Collapse

We have been going to the theatre every weekend for years, and agree, this is the worst we've ever seen. Can you say, "boorrring"? The couple on one side of us did't come back after intermission and the guy on the other side fell asleep during the second half. If it was supposed to be even slightly amusing, it wasn't. The writing is awful and the acting not much better. There is too much good local theatre to waste time and money on this dog. A 1 star review is the lowest available. This one should be a one-half star. It's too bad as this group has done some great stuff in the past. Collapse

The Palo Alto Player have brought together an extremely strong and balanced ensemble cast of characters to people the small community of Gilead. In a break out performance Sarah Griner nails the lead character of Percy; and provides the super glue which molds this production into a wonderful time spent at the theatre. Poignant and real in its dealing with those feelings which many of us keep submerged in our frantic lives in large metropolitan cities. Do yourself a favor and see this show during its brief run. Prepare yourself to be impressed by a wonderful production. The actors are all brilliant and were selected perfectly for their roles. I completely enjoyed every moment of it.

Dominique Bonino as Clara is a special treat. It is hard to believe she is only 17, what a star and she sings like an angel! Diana Torres Koss is such a pleasure to watch and listen to, and Justin Taylor Nixon's voice is just to die for. Go see this production before it closes! Collapse

I was on the edge of my seat throughout Copenhagen. You really have to pay attention, because the dialog is rich and snappy. It gets a little technical, but I enjoy that kind of stuff. Besides, the three actors sell it with aplomb, especially Noel Wood as Heisenberg. Collapse
