Add Review/CommentMozart's lovely, classical Divertimento No. 1 in D and Beethoven's magnum opus for strings - the titanic Grosse Fuge – are the bookends for this program. In between are two soloists: PACO's own concertmaster Christine Chon performing Summer from Vivaldi's Four Seasons and world-famous pianist Aglika Angelova in Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 14 in E-flat major. Aglika Angelova, Bulgarian-Born founder of the Jupiter Trio, is a world renouned pianist who has been touted for her "sure and powerful touch", "undoubted brilliance", "rich tone and formidable abilities". Fifteen year-old Christine Chon has been playing the violin since the age of 6, studying with Li Lin. Her solo debut was with the de Anza Symphony in 1998.
