The Northside neighborhood will open its doors for the first time to six of its beautifully restored homes: two turn-of-the-century Victorians(including a replica of the Steinbeck house), an early century Mediterranean bungalow, two Arts & Crafts bungalows, and a cottage re-built using environmentally-friendly, socially-conscious and reclaimed materials. Proceeds will be used to establish an endowment for home restoration/improvement materials at Joyce Ellington Library.
