This was the second show at Palo Alto site fo Dragon Productions I've seen recently, and I am heartily sorry not to have found their new home sooner. The acting in a tiny space is superb. This show went from hysterical to poignant easily and appropriately. My favorite was the male character's "dancing"...you gotta see it. I wake up and laugh just thinking about it...better than the Marx brothers!!! As for facial expressions for each character portrayal, I was blown away. Noel is one fine actor and a great comedian without overdoing it. I intend to continue following that career! Collapse

A completely unexpected surprise. The acting, writing and pacing was superb and very entertaining. See this while it's still in such a small venue.

These kids were great. I recognize Noel Wood's face from another show, Fat Pig. That was very different.

Had a wonderful time at Dragon last night. The show is a series of skits about dating and being a couple. Some of the skits are part of a running gag, which resolves itself toward the end. I wish they had listed the scenes in the program because my Senior Brain can’t remember their names off hand. It’s a great show. I laughed most of the way through (there are some poignant bits to allow for recovery time). In between scenes, they play simple love poems. The pre-show and intermission music was a hodge podge of sometimes cynical, sometimes romantic songs. My favorite bit was one they’re in trenchcoats; a tightly written spoof of bad detective movies. Also, the scene where the Nice Guy has a blind date with Medea. And there’s a sweet one about an elderly divorced couple at their grandkid’s soccer game. Collapse
