    The Winter Concert Series is a monthly concert of classical music, presented by the Foster City Arts & Culture Committee on the second Sunday from September through February, 4:00pm - 6:00pm. All concerts are in the Wind Room at the Foster City Library, 1000 East Hillsdale Blvd. Foster City, CA 94404. Tickets are $5.00 at the door for each concert or $20.00 for the season.
