    In conjunction with the City of Menlo Park's Park and Recreation Department, the Chamber provides refreshments in Fremont Park after the parade. Then the downtown merchants hand out treats to costumed children 11 and under. Trick or treating takes place from 12 noon - 3 pm. Time: 12-3 pm Location: Chamber office
