The little town of San Francisco del Monte was once known as the birthplace of Mexican soccer, but IT is now a forgotten MINING town with no interest in the sporting life. All that remains of those glory days are memories and a few trophies kept by Don Pepe , an old waterboy for the local team, Los Brujos de San Pancho. Nobody in the town seems to be interested in soccer except for Toño, the 9 year- old son of a former soccer player, who decides to form a team with two friends after a soccer ball drops from the sky in front of them. Against seemingly insurmountable odds, the kids team up with Don Pepe to bring the love of the game back into the lives of the citizens of San Pancho and achieve their dream of winning the championship on Mexico's most hallowed field: Estadio Azteca. A film for the entire family!
