American Ice Theatre, (AIT) San Jose's premier professional ice dance company is presenting AIT JAMS! a free ice show for the whole family. The performance will open up with a Children’s Showcase featuring participants of the AIT Dance on Ice Workshop that runs from November 29th- through January 15th at the beautiful outdoor ice rink. The AIT ice dancers will be presenting upbeat contemporary ensemble pieces, as well as guest soloists from around the Bay Area. Led by Artistic Director, Jodi Porter, AIT is featuring the Children’s Showcase that gives beginning and intermediate skaters the chance to "dance on ice" as the culmination of the Dance on Ice Workshop. The AIT ensemble creates a magical experience through the art of dance on stage and ice. AIT will integrate hip-hop contemporary dance with "Let’s Get it Started" featuring professional dancer Billy Corado. The AIT ice dancers consists of former National competitor Rebecca Erb, Gin Lily Chang, Alicia Piscatelli, Julia Stoller, and Director, Jodi Porter as well as Bay Area guest artists.
