Add Review/CommentRichard Louv is the author of seven books about family, nature, and community, including Last Child in the Woods: Saving Our Children from Nature-Deficit Disorder, which has created a national conversation about the disconnection between children and nature. A columnist for the San Diego Union-Tribune, Louv has written for The New York Times and other newspapers and magazines, and has been a columnist and member of the editorial advisory board for Parents magazine.
