    Jesse Cool has been dedicated to sustainable agriculture and cuisine for more than 30 years, supporting local food production and farmers—those she warmly refers to as her heroes and the first real environmental pioneers. Cool has been the creative force behind five unique restaurants and the author of six books, including Your Organic Kitchen and The True and Real One Pot Cookbook. She has also authored articles in Natural Health; Shape; Shape Cooking; Men’s Fitness and many other publications. Post-lecture pastries and beverages catered by Jesse Cool. A NOTE ABOUT THIS EVENT: This Special Lecture is for Stegner Circle and Patron Subscribers only. A lecture series subscription at the Stegner Circle Level of $325 per season ticket or the Patron Level of $175 per season ticket will give you preferred seating and admission to a special lecture on April 24, 2007. Your tax-deductible contribution will further benefit POST’s land conservation work. Series subscriptions are available for $60. A series subscription includes one ticket to the other lectures for Frans Lanting, Richard Louv and Tim Cahill.
