Nice Jewish Girls Gone Bad comes to Palo Alto like a dreidal spinning in Vegas with a stellar line-up, including comedians Cynthia Levin (Comedy Central) and spoken word artist Vanessa Hidary AKA The Hebrew Mamita (HBO and The Tribe) and the boys of the Klezmer Phenom, The Yiddiots. The show is hosted by NYC comedian and chanteuse The Goddess Perlman(TLC & MTV), the queen of the quick change like a bus and truck Cher. This show is a refreshing mix of comedy, music, spoken-word, and show-stopping burlesque, told by the gals who learned to smoke at Hebrew School, got drunk at their Bat-Mitzvahs and would rather have more schtuppa than the chupah, featuring performers seen on Comedy Central, HBO and MTV. These badass chosen chicks boldly dare to deconstruct years of tradition, expectations and guilt in a fast-paced vaudeville extravaganza, complete with kick lines, punchlines and a rendition of "L'chaim" with a fist in the mouth. This ain't yo' mama's "Fiddler"! NJGGB has been spreading their own brand of nuevo schmaltz across the land to sold-out crowds. Audiences can’t get enough of these wayward girls.
