    M.E. "Mike" Bailey attempts to “move away from the expected and to achieve the ‘extraordinary’ in the medium of watercolor”. Noted for his creativity and strong sense of design, he has been featured in magazines such as Watercolor and The Palette and in books by North Light Publishers. He is a popular instructor from university classrooms to his dynamic workshops.
