    In the 1930s, the pace of change accelerated dramatically. While the nation struggled with the depression, electrification enveloped almost every aspect of everyday life. After WWII, change was even more rapid. From entertainment to transportation, laundry room to living room, nothing was the same. The Williams family embraced the new technologies as did most Americans. Come see what changed - through their eyes.
