Join us for outdoor concerts every Thursday evening beginning July 12th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Central Park in Downtown San Mateo. As always, concerts are FREE to music lovers of all ages! Dance the night away on the parquet dance floor, put together a picnic dinner - or dine before/after the show at one of Downtown San Mateo's fine restaurants - or buy something to eat or drink from the onsite vendors. Steve Lucky and the Rhumba Bums come out swingin' and get the joint hopping with an infectious jump-band beat, full tilt boogie woogie piano, and the vocal stylings (and guitar) of Miss Carmen Getit. Instant crowd favorites, they truly shine in front of live audiences with finger-snapping performances of jewels from the swing, blues, and New Orleans R&B traditions.
