    Up-and-coming jazz singer Sasha Dobson returns to the Bay Area from New York for her Sunnyvale Theatre debut on March 15, 2008. Sasha, who is frequently likened to Norah Jones, grew up in Santa Cruz, the daughter of a well-known Bay Area pianist, the late Smith Dobson, and singer and educator Gail Dobson. Last year, Time Magazine declared her "worth a listen" with songs that "go down as easily as a frozen margarita," and NPR predicted "amazing success ahead of her."
