Add Review/CommentHow does an owl find its prey in the dark? How far can a hawk see? Which bird of prey's skull is asymmetrical, and why? How do owls fly silently? Learn the answer to these questions and more as you have a rare opportunity to meet all the members of YSI's flock of educational raptors up close and personal. Learn which hawks and owls live in Alum Rock Park, why our captive birds of prey came to live at YSI, and how we care for them the rest of their lives. Open to Science Visionary Society Members or "Redwood" Family Members ONLY. Reservations are required. Please RSVP by Monday, September 10th.
