Bay Area composer Henry Mollicone wrote this inspiring choral and orchestral work with a vision: to raise money for the homeless. Synthesizing a series of interviews with homeless individuals into its symbolically named characters, Adam and Evelyn, Beatitude Mass poignantly reveals what Mollicone describes as "the similarities--the universality--between all people." Performed by Nancy Wait-Kromm, soprano, and Paul Murray, baritone, with members of the SCU choral ensembles, San Jose Symphonic Choir, Monterey Symphony Chorus, and full orchestra accompaniment under the direction of Leroy Kromm. All proceeds donated to Casa de Clara, EHC LifeBuilders, and Sacred Heart Community Service.
