    The City of Foster City and the Foster City Chamber of Commerce invite you to attend the 37th annual Arts and Wine Festival. The festival offers, family entertainment, carnival rides, midway games, and arts and over 150 booths featuring arts and crafts, merchant displays, and great food, beer and wine. Be entertained by live music while snacking on great food and sipping wines and great brews. Also, check out the beautiful selection of handmade quilts by the Peninsula Quilters Guild on Saturday and Sunday.
