    A 7.9-magnitude earthquake hit the Sichuan Province in China on May 12, 2008. As of May 27, 65,000 people have died, 300,000 injured, 30,000 still missing and 5 million people are left homeless. The finest performing artists in the Bay Area have come together to help with the relief effort in an unprecedented collaboration - Quake Relief for Sichuan's Children, including, Gwendolyn Mok, world-renowned piano soloist, the California Philharmonic Youth Symphony (CPYO),  the Firebird Youth Chinese Symphony (FYCO) and San Jose Taiko.
     

    All production and administrative expenses are underwritten by Acorn Campus Ventures. Dimension Performing Arts asks that you bring your checkbook or credit card to make a donation during the two-hour performance. They are accepting donations for any of the following charities.
