This musical triumph is an inspiring celebration of fresh starts and the power of what one person can do. Things really start cookin’ in the small forgotten town of Gilead, Wisconsin the moment a young stranger arrives to work at the grill. And while the waitress may spill the gossip as she fills your coffee cup, the real treat is what’s on the menu for audiences—a down-home heaping helping of hope and good will, served with a blend of warm musical styles drawn from the heartland of American dreams.

Very strange casting. Have seen Tuna several times before, and just didn't live up to par of any of them. Very difficult seeing how they cast the show. Thought roles should have been reversed. Actors are capable, but not handled well. The space is also too big to perform in. Things that were funny normally didn't get a laugh from anyone. If you like or are familiar with the show at all, I'd pass on this one and wait for other productions of Tuna to come along in the area. Might as well save money and gamble on another production being better. Collapse

We have been going to the theatre every weekend for years, and agree, this is the worst we've ever seen. Can you say, "boorrring"? The couple on one side of us did't come back after intermission and the guy on the other side fell asleep during the second half. If it was supposed to be even slightly amusing, it wasn't. The writing is awful and the acting not much better. There is too much good local theatre to waste time and money on this dog. A 1 star review is the lowest available. This one should be a one-half star. It's too bad as this group has done some great stuff in the past. Collapse

Prepare yourself to be impressed by a wonderful production. The actors are all brilliant and were selected perfectly for their roles. I completely enjoyed every moment of it.

Fantastic production! The leads (and ensemble too)are all first class, better than the touring production! The lighting is nothing short of spectacular, the costumes are gorgeous. Dominique Bonino as Clara is a special treat. It is hard to believe she is only 17, what a star and she sings like an angel! Diana Torres Koss is such a pleasure to watch and listen to, and Justin Taylor Nixon's voice is just to die for. Go see this production before it closes! Collapse

A lot of the science and language was a little over my head, but I really enjoyed the performances. Noel Wood was outstanding, so passionate.

If you ever wanted to be witness to an earth- shattering conversation, this is your opportunity. At first it is hard to imagine these people as the figures being portrayed, but by the midpoint you can't see them any other way. Bravo performances for Heisenberg and Bohr for dealing with admittedly tough dialogue in an engaging way. The set design was a perfect backdrop for the subject matter and the stage direction was a subtle fourth character, mimicking the atomic cycles during times of high intensity. Be sure to stop at a pub after the show and tip a few while talking about quantum physics; this play made that an easy choice. Collapse
