Local artist Ellen Chong gives us a fresh new look at an old family text with the gorgeously illustrated A Happy Day. Originally done by Ellen’s grandmother, Louise Sheppa Lovett, the book chronicles a day in the life of Ellen’s mother when she was a child. It is the perfect book to share with your grandchildren on Grandparent’s Day!
