    Stories will be read in English and Vietnamese; followed by arts and crafts. The program is designed to support Vietnamese-American children to retain their cultural identity, be proud of their roots, and be excellent in America. This is a collaborative program brought to you by SJPL and VNHELP. This storytime is held in the Community Room.
