    Based on true stories of Vietnamese American immigrants, the play depicts the struggles of once-successful immigrants whose lives have been profoundly impacted by the mortgage crisis. The characters face daily challenges and inner conflicts as they strive to maintain their culture while achieving the elusive American dream.

    This program is made possible in part through grants from the City of Milpitas, Cultural Arts Support Program, Arts Council Silicon Valley, in partnership with the County of Santa Clara, California Arts Council, and the National Endowment for the Arts, Asian American Recovery Services, IRCC, Việt Bao, Việt Tribune, CaliToday, Việtpress Radio, Binh Minh Radio, AACI, ICAN, and One Việt.
