America is an English-American Folk band. The three original member were barely past their teens when they became an overnight sensation in 1972. Among the band's best known songs are "A Horse with No Name", "Sister Golden Hair", "Ventura Highway" and "Tin Man". Consistently touring for well over three decades, America maintains a strong following performing over 100 times a year. Individual show tickets may be purchased on September 9th.

    We were in Santa Monica a few years ago and were looking for a theater production. We "accidentially" went to see this when we couldn't get tickets to a big theater production It was a delight! If you went (and probably suffered) during your Catholic School experience, this is for you! Wear adult diapers because you will laugh so hard you might wet your pants. Be prepared to participate but be sober or you will be talked about by your theater companions for years...you could become part of the act. I raised my hand (I swore I wouldn't but that old reflex action took over) and was duly taken to task. It is really a fun experience and will help you recall long forgotten memories. Don't miss this one!!!! AND Bring some money to help a pagan baby. (You know the ones I contributed to saving now have PhDs and are designing your computers, semiconductors and all the other high tech stuff) Collapse
