    Sponsored by the San Mateo Public Library, the San Mateo Public Library Foundation, and the Latino Library Advisory Committee, the City of San Mateo presents a latino cultural spotlight, the Latino Film Festival. This week's feature is Buena Vista Social Club. Cuba's greatest jazz musicians are reunited to record an album. This documentary follows the recording process in Havana and includes live sold-out performances in Amsterdam and New York's Carnegie Hall.
