Children’s author and illustrator Yuyi Morales will discuss her award-winning books Just a Minute: a Trickster Tale, Counting Book (2004) and Los Gatos Black on Halloween (2008) in the context of the popular Latino tradition, Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Children of all ages and their families are invited to attend and participate in a related craft activity.
