        Cute, pocket-sized exhibit tracing the history of navigation, from low-tech (wooden ear trumpet used to measure distance by fog-horn echo) to high-tech (Mars Rover finding its way). You get to try out such time-honored devices as the cross-staff (which helps you determine the latitude), which is fun. It would be a nice place to take kids on a rainy day. The museum's venue is a historic house which is also a lot of fun to poke around. Collapse
