    The fiber art collecting event of the year! Two of the most important experts in the world of quilts will share their perspectives on their collections and collecting in this exciting symposium. John M. Walsh, the renowned art quilt collector whose collection was featured in The Art Quilt by Robert Shaw, will tell the story of his journey in collecting and share his passion as collector and supporter of the contemporary quilt art movement. Roderick Kiracofe, author of several books about historical quilts, and collector, historian, and appraiser, will share his experiences as collector and art professional. He plans to bring examples from his collection to view with his presentation. Please join this exciting conversation if you have always wanted to collect textile art, but didn’t know how to get started.
