    Well, you can't tour around the world for some thirty or so years, performing with some of the industry's most incredible musicians, without making a few lifelong friendships along the way. So when journeyman keyboardist, Randy Forrester, decided it was time to retire from the grind of non-stop touring, he had a few of those friends in mind for a new, and extremely fun, project. Forrester had been working with rock legend Eddie Money for more than a decade, first as his keyboard player, but then also as his manager and record producer, when he decided to step off the madness that is full-time touring.

    For the decade before his tenure with Eddie Money, Forrester had been the keyboardist for blues legend, Elvin Bishop, recording numerous albums on Alligator Records and touring internationally. "It was just time" says Forrester, who resides with his wife, Debby, by the beach in Malibu, California. "I had been thinking about slowing down ever since I turned 50", muses Forrester, now 53. "I loved the 90 minutes or so on stage every night, but the travel just beats the crap out of you after a few decades". Forrester, who originally hails from Memphis, TN, always knew that he would eventually get back to playing the rhythm & blues that are his true roots and the music that he loves playing most of all.
