Add Review/CommentMusic at the Mission celebrates America's great contributions to classical chamber music! From the cowboy songs of the old West through the ragtime romps of the early 20th Century; from the breakthrough of America's first acclaimed woman composer to the nostalgic tunes of transplanted cultures, we find a rich and diverse art reflective of the great American spirit of adventure, courage and humor! The program will include Violin/Piano Sonata by John Corigliano, American Vignettes for Cello and Piano by Stephen Paulus, Piano Trio, op. 150 by Amy Beach and Cafe Music by Paul Schoenfield.
