In addition to the monthly 1st Saturday series, the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum presents an Introduction to Hieroglyphs every Thursdays and Sundays. Hieroglyphs were sacred carvings referred to by the ancient Egyptians as mdw ntr, or the divine words. In this workshop, you will learn the language and history of the Middle Kingdom hieroglyphs, a classical or ideal form used from about 2100 BCE to 1600 BCE in ancient Egypt. Join the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum for this presentation on Egyptian hieroglyphs and learn to write in the language of the Egyptian gods.
