Aesop's moral is "slow and steady wins the race" as he tells the story of the tortoise and the hare in a foot race. Each animal has his own way of taking on the challenge, and only one can win. How does each of their decisions affect the outcome of the race? Do you know who wins? You'll find out as you enter into the Dormouse Black Box Theatre and watch this Second Saturday Series Show performed by the Palo Alto Children's Theatre High School Company. All of the shows are interactive, so the audience helps the actors tell the story with sound and movement. Playing time is approximately 45 minutes and is geared toward young audiences and their parents.
