A glimpse into how San José and the Santa Clara Valley were affected by World War II is presented in an exciting History San Jose exhibit.  Learn how those at home supported the war effort, and how the local workforce and industries were affected. Discover what those of Japanese descent went through due to their internment by exploring their experience, courtesy of the Japanese American Historical Museum of San José. Intergenerational digital stories of Santa Clara Valley’s home front experience, created with the help of the Digital Clubhouse Network’s Stories-of-Service project, will also be featured. This exhibit is located at the Pacific Hotel Gallery.
