It's a Wonderful Life
November 29-December 20, 2008
Adapted from the film It's a Wonderful Life is the saga of George Bailey, the Everyman from the small town of Bedford Falls, whose dreams of escape and adventure have been quashed by family obligation and civic duty, whose guardian angel has to descend on Christmas Eve to save him from despair and to remind him—by showing him what the world would have been like had he never been born—that his has been, after all, a wonderful life.

A show geared towards young adults and adults. Children can see it as there isn't any swear words, but they'd be bored. A real mindboggler of a case, too! We especially liked the maid (Haevershem) who was superb. Ticket prices are a little steep, but we understand how the arts are suffering and consider it a donation! SVCT needs their own home! 1776 was the best! The singing and the acting were very good, the sets and costumes were impressive. My friend and I enjoyed the comedy of the performance as well as the more dramatic moments ... the ending was so moving that we were both in tears. I highly recommend making the drive to Morgan Hill to see this show! Collapse
