Live at the Landmark! presents a concert and dance featuring the queen of retro jazz and blues dance bands, Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers.  Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers are one of the top Swingin' Jazz and Blues bands in the world. Sultry chanteuse Lavay Smith evokes a sensuous era of jazz queens and sexy pinups with a modern twist. Whether singing her own compositions or drawing on a large repertoire of classics, Lavay and her all-star band bake up an instant recipe for dancing and good times. And talk about the band! Lavay Smith’s band features some of the finest musicians anywhere, truly an all-star ensemble featuring Mike Olmos (Trumpet), Bill Ortiz (Trumpet) Allen Smith (Trumpet), Danny Armstrong (Trombone), Jules Broussard (Saxophones), Pete Cornell (Saxophones), Charles McNeal (Saxophones), Ron Stallings (Saxophones), Howard Wiley (Saxophone), Charlie Siebert (Guitar), David Ewell (String Bass), Darrell Green (Drums) and Chris Siebert (Piano).

To add to an already extraordinary night of fun at the majestic 1920’s Landmark Ballroom (an experience in it's own), try your luck at the Tea Room Casino featuring craps, roulette, and blackjack tables. For those who like to dance, you will not find a better place with 3,000 square feet of “sprung” dance floor. Join in on this rare opportunity to dress to the 9’s, dance all night, and enjoy a world-class swing & jazz performance!
