This year's inaugural event will celebrate the World Premiere of The Kite Runner, presented by Hitachi Data Systems and based on the international best-selling novel by Khaled Hosseini. Come and enjoy elements of Afghanistan cuisine, culture and entertainment and get a sneak peek of The Kite Runner set and costume designs! Guests of honor will include The Kite Runner author Khaled Hosseini, playwright Matthew Spangler, and director David Ira Goldstein.  Auction includes unique opportunities such as private lunch with author Khaled Hosseini, a walk-on part for a Rep production, wine tasting with new Artistic Director Rick Lombardo, Sharks penthouse tickets, and a week stay in either Cancun or St. Martin.
