    The original Broadway production , directed and choreographed by Bob Fosse, ran for 608 performances and starred Gwen Verdon. The production was nominated for 12 Tony Awards. And with a Book by Neil Simon, well, it's simply theatre at its best. If My Friends Could See Me Now and Big Spender, are just a few of the memorable song hits.
