    This event, now in its fifth year, features live tattooing, tattoo contests and more. Special attractions include live painting by Mike Giant and Living Legend Thom Devita. At age 77, Thom Devita no longer tattoos, but still produces amazing, soulful artwork which he will have for sale. Come and meet this legend of New York tattooing. Devita opened his tattoo shop in New York City the day after tattooing was made illegal there in the 1961. He helped Mike Malone get into tattooing, and associated with many of the the great American tattooists of the twentieth century, including Huck Spaulding, Paul Rogers, Zeke Owen, Cliff Raven, Tony Polito and Ed Hardy.
