    Mesmerizing chant-inspired harmonies make this twentieth century Requiem a calming, meditative and engaging choral favorite. Stanford University Organist Dr. Robert Huw Morgan provides masterful interpretation of Duruflé’s organ-only accompaniment for a captivating performance, rounded out by familiar sacred choruses by Mendelssohn, Haydn, Rachmaninoff and Górecki, and sonorous organ repertoire by J.S. Bach.
