Heart of Chaos proudly presents its 3rd Annual UpRoar event featuring live music by local bands and djs, live painting, belly dancing and a huge art exhibit and sale featuring over forty local artists! All art is priced to sell, starting as low as $25 with a maximum selling price of $500.

An original art piece makes for a unique holiday gift, so bring your money to be sure and pick up an art piece from one of the exhibiting artists. Art will be on display and for sale through January 31, 2010.

The Opening Party is being held on 11/6, and a $5 donation is requested at the door. Donations will be used to pay the performing artists and Heart of Chaos volunteer staff.

Tribal Moon will be performing at 10:30 p.m. This local belly dance troupe directed by Kathy Stahlman, specializes in 100% improvisational American Tribal Style belly dance. This dance form is influenced by the ancient matriarchs from Spain, Morocco, the Middle East, and India. Accompanied by live drumming, Tribal Moon embodies the true essence of feminine power in all its grace, generosity, sensuousness, and strength. This isn't your every day, sequence wearing, lounge act. Prepare to be blown away! Collapse

I walked into Riga's and there was like 30+ paintings on the wall of animals eating food. You have to check this out, they are hilarious.

I went to school with this artist. And I've worked with the folks at this community center. It is a great place to see an art show and the art will be colorful and professional.
