Add Review/CommentGuest Conductor Henry Rosack will lead the Palo Alto Philharmonic in this season's final symphony concert. With soloist Lawrence Granger, the orchestra will perform the Concerto for Cello by Antonin Dvorák, in commemoration of the one-hundredth anniversary of the composer's death. Mr. Granger is active as a solo recitalist and chamber musician with many Bay Area groups, including the Chamber Music Sundaes series in Berkeley. He has been a member of the San Francisco Symphony since 1979 and is on the faculty of the California State University at Hayward. Mr. Granger has a special interest in performing and recording contemporary works for cello.
