    Arts & Culture Committee of the City of Foster City and Wells Fargo Bank present the 2nd Winter Classical Concert Series. Featured artist Yury Nugmanov will play Albeniz, De Falla, Rossini, Mozart, Spanish Flamenco and Gypsy Music. Refreshments provided by Safeway in Foster City. Location: Wind Room, Community Center, 1000 E. Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City, CA 94404.
