Add Review/CommentTwo-time winner of the Pulitzer Prize and professor of biology at Harvard (1955–1997), Edward O. Wilson, has spent his entire life studying nature and the parallels between species. He uses arguments from science, economics, and ethics to demonstrate that proper stewardship of the earth's biodiversity is not an option, but a necessity. Mr. Wilson is one of the most highly respected scientists in the world today having been called "the new Darwin" by Thomas Wolfe, and recognized as one of "America's 25 Most Influential People" by Time Magazine.
