    Music & Lyrics by JERRY HERMAN Book by MICHAEL STEWART This is a musical comedy based on the play, "The Matchmaker" by Thomton Wilder about a professional meddler and matchmaker, Dolly Gallagher Levi, who decides she's going to marry the miserly millionaire, hay & feed dealer, Horace Vandergelder. Memorable songs include "Put On Your Sunday Clothes", "Ribbons Down My Back", "Before The Parade Passes By", "It Only Takes a Moment" and the title song.
